The first course (not shown) was a cold meat platter with jellyfish salad.

Second Course: Bird’s Nest Soup. Small bowls are gathered around the serving bowl, and the server doles out the soup.
Third Course: Stir-fried Lobster with Scallion. 蔥薑龍蝦

Fourth Course: Duck Bao Bun
Fifth Course: Walnut Shrimp in a Cream Sauce. 核桃蝦

Sixth Course: Steamed Whole Fish with Ginger, Scallions, and Soy Sauce. 薑蔥,醬油蒸全魚

Seventh Course: Whole Duck
Eighth Course: Long Life Noodles. 伊面
Ninth Course: Braised Chinese Mushroom with Bok Choy. 白菜烧蘑菇
Tenth Course: Birthday cake contains the Chinese word that means good fortune and long life.
Eleventh Course: Longevity Peach Steamed Buns. 寿桃包
